- My name is Syncere and I am the P.R. Director for Tapwire & Underwire Magazine. Tapwire's the 1st 100% fully interactive and downloadable hip hop/urban publication. We first hit the scene with The Underwire (www.theuim.com) and had tremendous success. This year we launched a sister publication Tapwire magazine.
